generously cover ribs with rub it out rib rub 30 min before putting on smoker. Smoke for 3 hours (I prefer pecan wood). Remove after 3 hours, drizzle a little of your favorite BQ sauce on ribs, Wrap each rack in foil and return to smoker for 2 hours. Smoker should remain as close to 225 as possible for entire smoking period. Let us know what you think!
Rub Butt with Rub it Out Rib Rub generously 30 minutes before smoking. I prefer pecan wood for smoking , smoker should be at 225 degrees throughout cooking. Smoke the butt for 6 hours, then you have two options. One: take butt out drizzle fav BQ sauce on it and put in large pan with about 1/2 inch of water in bottom, cover with foil and cook in oven for additional 6 hours covered with foil. Option 2: After the first 6 hours drizzle fav BQ sauce on butt, wrap with foil and return to smoker for 6 hours. Either way the butt will fall apart when finished
Our Favorite cut is the filet, but Rub it Out Steak is good on any cut of steak. The better the cut the less time needed to sit on steaks before cooking. If you are using a cheaper cut allow seasoning to sit on steak for more time. Normally I cover both sides of steaks with Rub it Out Steak 15-30 Minutes before grilling. Get your grill as hot as you can. Mine will reach about 6-650 degrees. put steaks on grill, for a thick filet I cook for 4-5 minutes a side which produces a very medium rare steak, cook longer depending on your preference. After steaks are done, brush with melted butter and let sit for 10-15 minutes to rest. Cut and eat immediately
Personal favorite incudes: squash, Zucchini, onions, green bell peppers, red bell peppers (can substitute green beans or asparagus). cut up vegetables, drizzle olive oil on veggies, sprinkle Rub it Out Veggie/Potato to cover vegetables. Grill on medium heat using veggie pan on grill for apprimately 30 minutes or till reaches desired tenderness.
Wash Baked potato, Poke holes in potato with fork or knife, cover with olive oil, and finally apply rub it out Veggie/Potato all over potato. Cook at 415 degrees for an hour to hour and 15 minutes until potatoes are tender. You will enjoy the skin of the potato as much as the potato itself
Cover both sides of chicken with Rub it Out Herb Chicken 15-30 minutes before grilling. Grill over medium to medium high for roughly 30 minutes. I like to turn about every 5-10 minutes to cook evenly. Make sure there is no pink in chicken when done. Grill times will vary. This chicken is fabulous on its own or on pasta salad or regular salad.
This is a hidden gem for Rub it out Rib Rub. Depending on size of air fryer I like to do about 30-35 wings per batch. Put flats and drums in air fryer cook on 400 for approx 30 min. Turn wings every 5 minutes to get crispy skin on wings. If want skin crisper cook addition 5 min. In Bowl combine rub it out rib rub with olive oil. Put cooked wings in bowl and cover wings with mixture. Return to air fryer for an additonal 5 minutes at 400 degrees, turn every two minutes. Put on plate and enjoy!!!! I like a little ranch with mine.
